A courtesy vehicle service will be available for all professional golfers.
 
Note: Accreditation is required to make use of this service and no
un-accredited persons will be transported.
  
 
Dates of operation :
• Full service from Sunday, 7th December 2008 to Sunday, 14th of December 2008
• Limited service on Monday, 15th of December 2008
• Daily operating hours are from 05h00 to 19h00
 
 
Areas which will be serviced :
• KMI Airport
• Pestana Hotel
• Other B&B Hotels
• Leopard Creek Country Club
• Caddie Transfers
 
 
O.R. Tambo International Airport transfers :
NOTE: THERE ARE NO TRANSFERS FROM O.R. Tambo International AIRPORT AS THIS IS A 4,5 HOUR
 DRIVE
 
 
Official hotel shuttles :
These hotels include the Pestana, Malelane Sun and Protea Hotel (Nelspruit).
 
• System will run from 05h00 to 19h00 daily
• Shuttles will run on the half hour and hour from 05h00 to 11h30, thereafter on the hour
• Return shuttles will run on demand from the courtesy car drop-off area near the club-house
 
 
Leopard Creek based shuttles :
Main Gate to courtesy drop-off area
• System will run from 05h00 to 19h00
• Vehicles will run on the half hour/or when full daily
 
Players/VIP/Media parking area
• System will run from 05h00 to 19h00
• Vehicles will run on demand throughout the day
 
 
Transport office :
The transport system will be managed and co-coordinated from an office located near to the courtesy transport drop-off which will be opposite the putting green. This will provide easy access to players,
VIPs, sponsors and relevant others who qualify to make use of our courtesy transport system.

The transport office will operate from 05h30 to 19h00 from 7th to the 15th of December 2008.

All transport requests are to be made directly through this office.
 
 
Caddie transfers :
Transfers to run from Spar parking area and the main gate to Leopard Creek.
